Zeiss LSM 880 with Airyscan FAST

Zeiss Axio Observer 7 equipped with LSM 880 scan head and Airyscan FAST module. With Airyscan you will be increasing the resolution of your imaging far beyond that of a classic confocal point scanning microscope. You can resolve 140 nm laterally and 400 nm axially, at 488 nm – without sacrificing sensitivity.

LSM 880 with Airyscan delivers up to 27 fps at 480x480 pixels in Fast mode, thus giving high acquisi­tion speed, sensitivity and superresolution that you need to answer your scientific questions.

All our systems possess live imaging capabilities! In terms of spatial resolution, you will always be limited by Abbe's diffraction limit ~ 250nm.
