CAMiLoD will be hosting a workshop on Imaris - Microscopy Imaging Software.

This Image Analysis Workshop introduces new users to the powerful software Imaris, that has advanced 3D visualization capabilities. The first session will provide a comprehensive overview of Imaris, and the second session will delve into analysis modalities in detail. Attendees will learn how to use Imaris to create, analyze, and visualize 3D images obtained from light, confocal, and electron microscopy. The workshop will also cover topics such as object segmentation and colocalization analysis.
